Let’s spend a few minutes reviewing what you learned about anger during Biblical Counseling I. There
               are five questions a person should ask about their anger:
               1. Did you get angry about the right thing? (This applies to the anger iceberg!)
               2. Did you express your anger in the right way?
               3. Did your anger dissipate quickly?
               4. Was your anger under control?
               5. Was the effect of your anger God-honoring?

               Biblical Counseling I also describes how to uproot anger by first repenting (change your mind about your
               anger and submit). The second step is to confess to all involved, without qualification, ask for
