4. Why did Paul write, “So then each of us will give an account of himself to God?”

              5. Despite our differences, believers should pursue what?

              6. In this passage, what does God say about judging another’s motives or practices?

              15.6 Let’s personalize this Lesson…

Activity: In this passage in Romans, we are to pursue harmony among believers. Your
preferences or style of worship might differ from another believer’s preferences. In these
cases, we are to avoid judging each other. However, does this mean we are not to judge
another’s behavior or actions when they are disobedient to Christ?

How do you know when you need to discern right or wrong actions or practices and make a judgment
call? For example, say your pastor told you that if you bring a bottle of water to him and give him money,
he will bless the water. The more money you give, the greater will be your blessing. If you drink it, you
will most assuredly obtain a job on Monday or experience a financial blessing in return. Should you judge
              this policy or not?
