Greet all those believers in the churches in Rome whom God has brought across my path in my travels in
His service.
Now I encourage you, brothers, watch out for those who the divisions and obstacles are making from the
teaching which you learned, and keep away from them, for such ones to our Lord Christ are not serving,
but their own bellies, and through smooth talk and flattery they deceive unsuspecting hearts. For your
obedience is know to all; upon you therefore I rejoice, now I with for you to be wise unto the good, but
innocent unto the evil. Now the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet speedily. The grace of our
Lord Jesus be with you.
By God’s grace watch out for Satan’s attempts to hinder and derail your ministry through those who would
attempt to teach you false doctrine.
Timothy my fellow worker greets you and Luke and Jason and Sosipater, my relative. I Tertius greet you
who wrote out the epistle in the Lord. Gaius greets you, my host and the entire church. Erastus, the
steward of the city greets you and Quartus the brother. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with all of
you amen.
The team of people serving with me greet you all.
Now to the One who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ,
according to revelation of the mystery of the times — ages kept secret— but now being made manifest
through the prophetic Scriptures according to the command of the eternal God unto obedience of faith,
unto all the nations having been made known, to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, to whom be
glory unto the ages, amen.
May the God who is able to strengthen you to believe the gospel of Christ which was revealed by the
mystery of God’s revelation to you through the Scriptures receive great glory from what He is doing in you
and through you.
