           the  1948  parade,  made  up  of  scouts  from  Troops  25  and  36.  Names  listed
           on page 96




                                                                                            The  old  Forty  and  Eight  train  rides  again!  Always  a  favorite,  it  took
                                                                                        part  in  several  Fourth  of  July  parades.  It  was  loaned  by  the  Voiture  Locale
                                                                                        982  of  Winston-Salem  and  sponsored  locally  by  the  John  T.  Ring  Post  No.
                                                                                        36,  American  Legion.  In  the  background  Mallard  Stafford  and  an  uniden-
                                                                                        tified  small  boy  enjoy  the train.
