Among the most admired and well-respected were the Eagle and Jaguar warriors. Among the least admired and well-respected were the Lovely Kitten warriors and the Tiny Gerbil warriors.
Eagle and Jaguar warriors were those who had demonstrated the most BrAvErY and captured many prisoners. They were the most fEaReD Aztec warriors.
The Jaguars wore actual jaguar skins over their whole body, including their arms, legs and head. The Eagles could only fit into an actual eagle skin if they were iNcReDiBlY small, so they wore feathered armour and helmets that looked like an eagle’s head. Try finding that get-up at your local fancy-dress shop.

The most prestigious class of warriors were the Cuachicqueh, or the ‘Shorn Ones’. Their heads were completely shaved apart from a length of hair over their left ear, and their bald noggins and faces were painted blue on one side and red or yellow on the other.
Cool look, bro. Not sure it’s going to catch on, though.
