Steps in solving ethical problems:-
1. Identify the ethical issue in the problem
2. Identify the ethical stand in the problem
3. Search for various possible solutions keeping focus on the ethical stand
4. Implement the best possible solution

Performance indicators:-

1. Correctness of identified ethical issue in the problem ( 3 marks)
2. Correctness of identified ethical stand ( 3 marks)
3. Quality of suggested possible solutions (2 marks)
4. Appropriateness of selected best possible solution (2 marks)
