RECLAIM YOUR DIGITAL GOLD

          PUTTING YOURSELF FORWARD AS A
          PROFESSIONAL

Unless you’re posting it on LinkedIn, your social media
profile doesn’t need to be as polished as your resume.
          However, it must remain professional.

You should avoid posting anything that might turn off
potential employers or hiring managers. Racist, sexist,
or otherwise discriminatory comments are prohibited, as
are references to drugs or alcohol, lewd posts or photos,
negative comments about previous employers, and

and pictures you comment on and like, as these can be
displayed on your profile and influence how other people
perceive you. Ensure that any content you do not want
discovered is removed, untagged, or hidden from view.
It is worth the time learning how to take these actions to
          clean up your profile.

MAKING USE OF THE PRIVACY SETTINGS
          ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS

So, you’ve gone through all of your social media profiles
and removed anything potentially offensive. So, what
