INTRODUCTION
Dear Reader,
I
believe the Lord wants to use this book to escort you on a
wondrous journey, together with Him, at this pivotal time in
history. The final commandment Jesus gave His disciples before
leaving earth is that they love one another as much as He had loved
them (John 13:34). Only then, He added, will the world know that we
are His true followers.
This kind of love cannot be manufactured at will; it must first be
received. I believe we are in a season where God is inviting His people
to come and get to know Him in a deeper way than ever before. After
all, how can we ever hope to represent to the world a person whom we
ourselves are not familiar with? It is the time to sit at Jesus’ feet, to be
transformed into His likeness, and receive the wonder of this
supernatural love—because love is the only thing that never fails.
God has taken me on the most amazing life journey to many places in
the world, but the best place I have visited is His Heart. The
indescribably beautiful heart of Jesus! It is from this very place that my
book was born. I do not claim to be a theologian or an expert on the
Bible. I am an ordinary woman, but with one major difference: I serve
and walk daily with an Extraordinary God. He asked me to produce this
