what you can do





       Here are some ways you can help your body a little more this winter and some products that can assist in
       boosting your immunity and helping kill some nasties that may be going around at school, daycare or work!


       Some of this may be common sense and it's not all about oils.  If you are not looking after yourself in many

       different ways, your body will be tired and less effective in fighting off threats.






                                   you are what you eat

                                   So firstly - lots of fresh fruits and veggies, obviously organic is better but as long as you
                                   wash your fruits and veggies really well they will still be of assistance.  You will notice you
                                   may start eating more comfort foods or junk foods in winter, its time to cut some of that
                                   out.








                                   exercise

                                   Still get some exercise.  We often go into hibernation mode when its cold, and rightly so -
                                   its can be freezing!  But even if you drag your butt out of bed for at least 30 mins of
                                   exercise daily, your body will thank you for it.










                                   vitamin d


                                   Still  get  some  sun  (when  it’s  out).    Low  immunity  has  been  linked  to  less  vitamin  D,
                                   mostly because we live indoors more in the cooler weather.    If you find you need to

                                   sleep


                                   If  you're  not  sleeping  well,  your  body  can  not  function  properly.    Concentrate  on  a
                                   healthy  natural  diet  to  avoid  sleep  problems  which  can  often  be  caused  by  caffeine,
                                   sugar and highly processed foods.

                                   If you are having trouble with falling asleep or staying asleep you can use a number of
