21.0 Transparency and Institutional Representation
GAU ascribes towards transparency and Institutional Representation. It publishes its accreditations and
affiliations and its policies to students and the public. This includes appropriate information concerning
student achievement. Regarding accreditations, the institutions have a policy and procedure to ensure
that all substantive changes in its operations are promptly reported to its accreditation bodies and apply
these standards to its distance learning programs, branch campuses, and off-campus instructional sites.
GAU represents itself accurately to all US Department of Education recognized accrediting agencies and
will inform these bodies of any change in accreditation status, including the imposition of public sanctions.
Its policy statements regarding new or additional institutional obligations comply with accrediting
agencies' requirements.
