               19.1.5 The Sonography Department
               The Department is responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the courses within the sonography
               program and to provide strategic guidance to faculty and students on the teaching and learning
               processes.

               19.2 The non-teaching and learning services

               The non-teaching and learning services provided at the University also are classed within a department
               with a senior staff who heads the Department.

               19.2.1 Student Affairs Department
               The student affairs department engages in all aspects of students’ lives. The Department coordinates
               and collaborates with students and all stakeholders of the University in executing vital services and
               support to students and its associates. These services aim at providing optimal growth of GAU students
               in the effort to improve their social, physical, cultural, and intellectual competences in line with the
               mission and vision of the University.

               The sub-divisions of the University include:

                   4.  Student Mentorship Program:
               19.2.2 Administrative Department
               The Administrative Department provides a range of services to students, faculty, and staff. The
               Department is comprised of several offices

               19.2.2.1 Admissions Office
                The Admission Office is the access point to the GAU. It is responsible for the first-time admissions into a
               GAU program as well as agendas related to the admission, such as the recruiting agents. The personals
               in this office include the Admissions Associate, Admissions Officer, and Marketing Agent.
               19.2.2.2 Finance Office
               The Finance office brings together a range of financial services that work collectively to oversee the
               University's finances. The personals in this office comprise an Accountant and a Tuition and Financial
               Officer.

               The Finance Office exists to help Warwick deliver its core business. Therefore, its strategies, services,
               and activities are constantly reviewed to ensure that they reflect the changing needs of the University.
               19.2.2.3 Resources Office
               The resource office is responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of all resources at the University.
               The resource officer is responsible for all physical resources at the institution and assists the
               Administrator in providing human resources services for the Administrative Department.
