                                          WELLBEING










          I am, everything is in me. I will manifest health, purity, and knowledge, whatever I want.



        Just like all of us have physical health, we have
        mental health as well. Mental health refers to our
        well-being and psychological or emotional health.

        It's about how we think, how we feel, how we act,
        how life influences us and how we deal with it,
        how we communicate with others, and how we
        make choices.

        We believe we can cope up well and react posi-
        tively to life, When we are in a 'positive' mental
        health, and we can be active in relationships, activ-

        ities, our environment and culture. Our genes re-
        spond to situations and our life experiences impact
        our mental health what we experience and how
        this affects us. It is really important to keep a few
        factors in mind to improve and maintain our men-
        tal health and inner peace.........

        Gratitude-   to refocus the brain so that it can try

        to strive for what is positive in life.
        Compassion-  to fight the dwelling habit on per-

        sonal needs and challenges.

        Savoring-   to boost respect for whatever is right at

        the moment.

        Optimism - helps in improving mental health and
        satisfaction in order to minimize the stress re-
        sponse.

        Mindfulness-  to remain present and reduce anxie-

        ty about the future without worrying.

        Giving Back- to improve well-being and reinforce
