PROPOSED SCHEDULE
4. Post production: We propose to schedule the rough editing to begin once the first batches of clips are in. This will give
opportunity for instant feedback for review and improvement where needed. However, the final editing and packaging to
take about 5 working days and to be presented to the client.
• The final output format will be edited to a broadcast HD quality, so that it can be distributed on most platforms with
minimal loss of quality and encoding.
• We use digital video as opposed to film, due to cost factors and availability of equipment and competent personnel. The
advantage of digital video over film is that we will ensure we capture more than enough material of high quality at a
relatively lower cost per gigabyte, as options for the editing.
• Extra footage will be availed to the client upon request.
• Finest image will secure all the rights and licenses to the images and audio used for the project, before releasing them to
the client. The final deliverables will be submitted after accomplishment of the work and approved by client,
