P. 11
PROPOSED SCHEDULE
We propose a four-stage workflow and timeline as follows:
1. Proposal: This is roughly our plan of attack and results in this written document, which will be approved by the TCC
representative. If given the go ahead, we will immediately embark on preproduction tasks, so as to develop a creative brief,
script and storyboard for each of the videos to be produced.
2. Pre-Production: This will involve desktop research and close consultation with the client to get the details of the data and the
storylines to pursue. Finest Image will develop a detailed write up and script or story board to be presented to TCC for
approval
3. Production: The production will take roughly 5 days as scheduled and will result in a Directors rough cut to be presented to
the client.
• Using high quality equipment and techniques to match, the team assigned to the project will carefully consider not only
what to say through video and sound but also how to say it so as to visualize the data and stories in a captivating
manner.
• Key primary videos may be captured on either 4k, Ultra HD or HD format. The proposed style is cinematography, by
balancing key styles of documenting of reality as well as talent directing for effect where needed.
• Attractive establishing, transition, and illustrative shots, using drone cameras; time-lapse videography, 360-degree
cameras and mounted go-pro cameras for transitions and effects will complement the more formal tripod and crane-
mounted cameras.
• All images will be captured at required formats and standard digital video quality. The client will rest easy on seeing the
array of emotional and compelling images that convey the desired experience, delivered through blend of
professionalism and top range equipment well used.
