Branches and Chapters
The projected payouts to the Branches and Chapters has been reduced by $20,000. Half of this reduction is due to the reduction in members
rebates because of reduced membership numbers. The Branch & Chapter incentives has also been reduced from $2,000 to $1,000 per branch/
chapter. This reduction is due the our financial position. As part compensation, all branches and chapters now have access to our Zoom
webinar license (500 seats per event) and to the NICTA platform. We hope to be able to return this branch/chapter incentive back to $2,000 per
branch and chapter in 2022, if finances permit.
IAMI Sponsorship
Traditionally we have donated $500 annually to IAMI, but due to the uncertainty around our 2021 finance we have decided not to make a
donation to IAMI in 2021. This may be reinstated in 2022 if our financial position improves. While the sponsorship has been scrapped we have
allocated $800 for the Marine Committee chair to attend the IAMI conference as they can promote IAATI amongst their delegates.
* All travel expenses must comply with the IAATI Travel Policy.
* the amount for travel expenses is calculated each year based on the location of the seminars.
