Update:
Since our last meeting, I have been involved in legal advice, opinion or comment on the following issues;
IAATI Termination letter to EB Board, Financial questions regarding the dues collected and payments
made to the International from chapters, IAATI/IAFCI Partnership, and extensive issues with the EB such
as the Board officers resignations, the bank account, the suspension of the officers and the branch the
termination of the former President and letters to be sent to the EB members. I have also handled three
inquires from individual members regarding issues they had within IAATI or questions they wished to
have answered but did not want to bring up at a full general meeting.
