c) Forceps to The Aftercoming Head: the forceps is applies from the

abdominal aspect of the fetus. Traction is applied downward and

backward until the suboccipital region appears below the symphysis

pubis. The forceps should be ready in all breech deliveries. The

piper forceps with a perineal curve is preferred.
