b) Jew-flexion shoulder traction: The fetus is put on the left for-arm
with the index and middle fingers introduced in its mouth, or
applied over the maxillae. The index and middle fingers of the right
hand are applied over the shoulders from behind. Traction is applied
downward and backward until the occipital region appears below
the symphysis pubis than the fetus is moved upward towards the
mother's abdomen to deliver the head in flexion
