2. Incomplete breech: includes:
a- Breech with extended legs (frank breech): The hips are flexed and
the knees are extended (occurs more in primigravidas).
b- Footling presentation: the hip and knee joints on one or both sides
are partially extended
c- Knee presentation: the hip is partially extended, and the knee is
flexed on one or both sides.
