                      Management




                          If brow is detected in the first stage of labor, we  wait for
                   spontaneous conversion into face or vertex, and keep the mother and


                   the fetus under observation. If detected in late first stage or in the
                   second  stage  it  is  treated  by  cesarean  section  if  the  fetus  died


                   craniotomy done













                                                         Breech Presentation



                     Definition: it is a longitudinal lie in which the buttocks with or

                     without the lower limbs present



                     Incidence: 3.5% of deliveries. The incidence is higher in the

                     premature  but spontaneous cephalic version occurs in many of


                     them.


                     Types:



                     1. Complete breech: (more common in multipara)



                 The feet present beside the buttocks as both hips and knees are flexed
                     ( all joints are flexed)
