anterior buttock appears below the symphysis pubis and by lateral
flexion of the buttock is then delivered.
2- Delivery of the shoulders
The bitrochantric diameter (12cm) descends in one oblique
diameter as the breech. The anterior shoulder meets the pelvic floor
and rotates forwards 1\8 of a circle. The anterior shoulder appears
below the symphysis pubis and the posterior shoulder delivered by
lateral flexion of the supine followed by the anterior shoulder
3-Delivery of the aftercoming head
The descends in the opposite oblique diameter of the pelvis.
The occiput meets the pelvic floor and rotates forwards 1\8 of a
circle in sacro-anterior position. And 3\8 of a circle in sacro-
posterior position. with further descend the sub-occipital region
appears below the symphysis pubis and the head is then delivered
by flexion.
Management:
During labor:
Delivery must be in hospital vaginal delivery is allowed. unless
there is indication for c-section
First stage:
The same as normal labor however, the patient is kept in the bed.
No walking is allowed to avoid premature rupture of membranes
and prolapse of the cord.
