a- Fundal level: correspond with the period of amenorrhea.
b- Fundal grip: breech occupies the fundus.
c- Umbilical grip: the fetal back is straight rather than curved
d- Pelvic palpation: the head is not engaged
2- Vaginal examination: slow dilatation of the cervix, liability to
premature rupture of the membranes and prolapsed cord.
3- When the membrane is ruptured it will be clear to feel the
presenting part, the two frontal bones with the frontal suture in
between, the orbital margins. The anterior fontanelle on one side
and the nose on the other side.

Mechanism of Labor
There is no mechanism of delivery because the head descends
by the mento vertical diameter (13.75 cm) which is longer than any
