                     Definition


                     It is a cephalic presentation in which the head  is completely


                     extended, so the fetus presents by the face.


                     Incidence: About one in every 500 labors.

                     Diagnosis




                   A) Abdominal Examination:


                 a-  Fundal level: correspond with the period of amenorrhea.

                 b-  Fundal grip: breech occupies the fundus.
