                     easily

                 d-  felt on both sides of the midline.

                 e-  Pelvic palpation: the head is not engaged, and the occiput is at

                     higher level than the sinciput.

                     B) Auscultation (FHS):


                     - Mento-anterior: FHS heard below the umbilicus.



                     - Mento-posterior: FHS Difficult to hear.

                     1.  Confirm the diagnosis.


                     2.  Exclude congenital anomalies.
