McNair Magnet Middle in Rockledge hosted Hidden Figures, a Black History Month program. The event was designed to honor local community  gures who have posi vely impacted Cocoa and Rockledge. Students showcased their crea ve talents to pay tribute to community icons.

District students solve global problems.
  BPS Problem Solvers
Over several days, Future Problem Solvers gathered for a district-wide compe  on. Students worked together to create plans that would solve global problems and then presented their solu ons. The par cipants addressed how businesses should prepare for and respond to security issues related to cloud storage. The winning teams will compete at the state level in late March.
Satellite High
Satellite High has a much-needed new track. Through contribu ons from the ci es of Satellite Beach and Indian Harbour Beach, boosters and private donors, students can compete on an eight-lane, synthe c rubber track. The track will be open to community members on certain days as well.
