Croton Teacher Wins iPads - You Can Too
Chad Hitchcock, art teacher at Croton Elementary in Melbourne, recently received
the Education Renovation Grant from LifeStyle Homes. Hitchcock received $1,000 for four iPad minis to use in his classroom. He was selected as the winner for his passionate story, in which he highlighted the need for iPad minis to aid his students in creating and sharing digital art. In his nomination, he detailed Croton’s demographics and the economic challenges the school sometimes faces.

to effectively understand their world as technology applications are an ever increasing part of their lives,” Hitchcock said.
