Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
3 sliced bacon strips
2 hot dogs or ham cubed
½ cup onion, chopped
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 small can corn, drained
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup water
1 cup evaporated milk
Preparation: Fry bacon in large skillet until crispy.
Add hot dog/ham and brown lightly. Add onion,
potato, corn, salt, pepper, water and bring to a
boil. Cover and cook over low heat until potatoes
are tender. Add milk and heat just to serve. DO NOT
BOIL.

Good Chili

Ingredients:
Makes a lot.
Brown 6 lbs hamburger meat with 2 cup oil. Drain.
1 large picante sauce (hot or mild)
2 large cans diced tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
7 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp garlic juice or garlic powder
1 pkg Williams Chili Mix
Let simmer until done. You can add ½ of 1 square of
Bakers unsweetened chocolate. (The chocolate is
for color only).
