Chicken and Dumplings in Bean Pot

Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen tenderloins
1 can mushroom soup
1 box Swanson's Chicken Stock/broth
½ stick butter
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
small bag of little carrots
1 stalk of celery cut into big chunks
½ onion
Bake at 300°F till chicken is tender-for about 3
hours. Add 1½ bags of Reams Frozen Flat
Dumplings. Bake for 30-45 minutes. When done
throw in a couple handfuls of frozen peas-right
before you serve it-helps to cools it down and the
peas remain firm.

Chicken Curry Casserole

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, boiled and
deboned
Spread in bottom of 9x13 pan or dish
Mix together:
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup REAL Mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
Mix well and pour over chicken. Bake in covered dish
or pan at 350°F for 45 minutes. Serve over cooked
rice.
