Corn Casserole #1

Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
1 can cream style corn
1 (8 oz) sour cream
3-4 green onions chopped or 1 medium onion
1 stick margarine, melted
1 (6 oz) pkg Mexican cornbread mix or 1 cup yellow
corn meal mix
1 jalapeno, chopped
Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased 9x13 pan 30
minutes at 350°F. Top with grated Cheddar cheese
and cook until cheese is melted.

Ingredients:
1 large can cream style corn
1 large can whole kernel corn
4 cups chopped bell pepper and a little onion if
desired.
Pimentos, optional
1 Tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F and mix all above and place in
1-qt casserole.
