Better Than Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients:
Step 1:
2 cups cooked chicken breast
¼ stick low fat margarine, sliced over chicken
salt
pepper
Step 2:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup skim milk
Step 3:
1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
2 cups no-fat chicken broth
Layer in casserole dish in the 3 steps as listed.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Broccoli Cheese Crock Pot Soup

Ingredients:
2 (10 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
1 small onion, chopped
1 qt half-and-half
1 (1 lb) pkg processed American cheese, cubed
Combine the cream of chicken soup, broccoli and
onion in a slow cooker; mix well. Add the half-and-
half and cheese; stir to mix. Cook for 4 hours on high.
Serves 6.
