Baked Cauliflower

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 cup cauliflower
                                    2 slices melba toast, finely chopped
                                    1 Tbsp diet margarine
                                    ⅛ tsp onion powder
                                    ⅛ tsp ground red pepper

                                    Cook cauliflower until crisp tender. Place in
                                    ungreased 1½-qt casserole. Mix remaining
                                    ingredients, press evenly on cauliflower. Bake at
                                    350°F until tender and breadcrumbs are light brown.

                                                      Baked Chicken

                                    Ingredients:

                                    ½ cup parmesan cheese
                                    1 cup bread crumbs
                                    ¼ cup or more of parsley
                                    2 drops garlic juice
                                    salt to taste

                                    Dip chicken in milk, then crumbs. Bake 20 minutes,
                                    then cover with foil and bake another 1 hour.
