BBQ Beef on Buns

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 roast cut up.
                                    Put into crock pot.
                                    1 yellow onion cut up.
                                    Add your favorite barbecue sauce.
                                    Crock 23 hours. Shred with fork and serve.

                                                    BBQ Chuck Steaks

                                    Ingredients:

                                    2 beef blade steaks cut ½" thick
                                    1 medium onion, chopped
                                    1 cup catsup
                                    ⅓ cup vinegar
                                    2 Tbsp brown sugar
                                    2 tsp salt
                                    1 clove garlic, crushed
                                    1 bay leaf
                                    ⅛ tsp hot pepper sauce

                                    Mix onion, catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, salt,
                                    garlic, bay leaf and hot sauce in saucepan and
                                    cook slowly 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool.
                                    Pour sauce over steaks in utility dish or plastic bag,
                                    turning to coat all sides. Cover dish or tie bag and
                                    marinate in fridge 6 hours or overnight. Pour off
                                    marinade and save. Place steaks on rack in broiler
                                    pan or on grill so surface of steak is 3 to 4 in from
                                    heat. Broil at moderate temperature 10 minutes.
                                    Turn, brushing both sides with marinade and cook
                                    to desired doneness, 8 to 15 minutes.
