Black Forest Cake

Ingredients:

1 chocolate cake mix
½ cup water
1 egg
Beat on medium speed 3-4 minutes. Bake in 9"
spring form pan at 350°F for 23-25 minutes.

Cool.

3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
2 Tbsp sugar
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Beat in Cool Whip.

Spread a 21-oz can of cherry pie filling over cooled
cake. Top with cream cheese mixture. Garnish with
cherries. Refrigerate.
