Butter Pecan Crumb Cake

                                    Ingredients:

                                    ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
                                    ½ cup all-purpose flour
                                    ½ tsp cinnamon
                                    ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
                                    1 pkg yellow cake mix
                                    1 pkg Jell-O instant pudding - butter pecan
                                    1 cup sour cream
                                    ⅓ cup oil
                                    4 eggs
                                    1 tsp maple extract

                                    Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in small
                                    bowl. Cut in butter to make crumbs, set aside.
                                    Combine remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl.
                                    Blend, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
                                    Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at
                                    350°F for 50 minutes. Carefully remove partially-
                                    baked cake from oven and sprinkle immediately with
                                    crumb mixture. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer. Do
                                    not under bake. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
                                    Carefully remove from pan; finish cooling, crumb side
                                    up on rack.
