Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1¼ - 2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp rounded flour
¼ cup melted margarine
1 9" pie shell
cinnamon to taste
other spices to taste
Beat eggs well; add buttermilk and vanilla. Combine
sugar and flour. Add cinnamon and other spices,
add to egg mixture. Add melted butter and mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350°F until set.
Note: I don't use as much sugar as this calls for. 1¼ cups
is plenty.
