Cranberry Squares

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1¾ cup flour
                                    ½ tsp baking soda
                                    2 cups rolled oats
                                    1 cup brown sugar
                                    1 cup butter
                                    2 cans whole cranberry sauce

                                    Combine flour, soda, oats and sugar; mix
                                    thoroughly. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
                                    Divide into 2 parts. Press ½ of the crumbs in oiled
                                    pan. Spread cranberry sauce over crumbs; add
                                    remaining crumbs. Pack with spoon or hands. Bake
                                    in 350°F oven for 40 minutes. Cool; cut into strips or
                                    bars. Mincemeat may be substituted for cranberry
                                    sauce; add coconut on top. Yield: 8 servings.

                                             Cream Cheese Pound Cake #3

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 yellow cake mix
                                    ½ cup oil
                                    ½ cup sugar or Splenda
                                    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese (regular or no fat)
                                    ½ cup warm water
                                    6 eggs
                                    1 stick margarine

                                    Soften margarine and cream cheese. Mix together
                                    well. Add eggs, mix well. Add all dry ingredients.
                                    Bake in a Bundt pan, sprayed with cooking spray
                                    and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
