Peach Nut Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 Tbsp buttermilk
2 cups mashed peaches
2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients in order. Blend well after each
addition. Bake at 350°F until done. Bake in three
layers.

Ice with the following:
Icing:
1 cup sugar
1 cup Pet milk
1 stick margarine
3 egg yolks

Beat egg yolks until foamy and add to the first
three ingredients. Cook over low heat until thick,
stirring often.

Then add:
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla

Let cool and spread on cake.
