Apple Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

Heat oven to 400°F
2 cups Bisquick
¾ cup whole bran cereal
⅔ cup apple juice
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup chopped, pared apple
¼ cup raisins

Directions:
Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups or line
with baking cups. Mix all ingredients except apple
and raisins. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds and fold
in apples and raisins. Bake until light brown, 21-23
minutes.
