Easy Bake Biscuits

                                    Ingredients:

                                    Serve these with breakfast or as an accompaniment
                                    to a fruit salad for lunch. Each biscuit has only 53
                                    calories.

                                    Combine:
                                    3½ cups reduced-fat biscuit mix
                                    3 Tbsp sugar
                                    3 Tbsp orange breakfast drink mix
                                    2½ tsp ground cinnamon

                                    Add:
                                    1¼ cups skim milk and stir until dry ingredients are
                                    moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a
                                    baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at
                                    425°F for 10 minutes or until golden.

                                    While the biscuits bake, make an orange glaze by
                                    stirring together the following:

                                    1½ cups sifted powdered sugar
                                    2 Tbsp water
                                    ¼ tsp orange extract
                                    ¼ tsp vanilla extract.

                                    Drizzle glaze over biscuits as soon as they come out
                                    of the oven, and serve warm.
                                    Yield: 22 biscuits.
