Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
2 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shells
Depending on size of pie shell, you may only need
one.
2 eggs
1 (30 oz) can pumpkin pie mix (I use Libby's)
⅔ cup evaporated milk (I use Carnations)
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin pie
mix and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated
435°F oven for about 15 minutes. Reduce
temperature to 350°F and bake for 50-60 minutes or
until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
