Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients:

1 box Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake Mix
Mix and bake as directed.

Filling:
Cream together:
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup flour
1 cup milk

Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool.
Cream together: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup shortening.
Beat until fluffy. Add flour mixture and 2 tsp vanilla.
Frost layers. Sprinkle with coconut.
Christmas and Thanksgiving tradition for us.

Refrigerator Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (8 oz) tub sour cream
1 (12 oz) tub whipped cream
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla

Blend all together and put into 2 graham cracker
crusts. Top with fruit filling of choice and
set in the refrigerator 2-4 hours.
