Sheath Cake

Ingredients:

1 stick butter or margarine
½ cup shortening
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup water

Heat to rolling boil, pour over 2 cups sugar and 2
cups flour mixed.

Beat and add:
2 eggs
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Beat together and pour in loaf pan. Bake at 400°F.

Frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
4 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp milk

Bring to a boil. Add: 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tsp
vanilla, and 1 cup nuts.
Pour over cake.
