Sour Cream Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden Cake mix

Mix as directed. Bake in 3 or 4 layers or in 2 layers
and split with thread. Cool.

Frosting:
1 (8 oz) tub sour cream
2 cups sugar
Mix well.

1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
2 cups coconut

Fold into sour cream mixture. Frost layers.
Refrigerate.

Sugar Cookie Charmers

Ingredients:

sugar cookie dough rolled out and baked and
completely cooled

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 container Cool Whip, thawed
assorted fresh fruit

For topping, blend cream cheese, sugar, and
vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese
mixture over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese
mixture. Store in refrigerator.
