Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients:
3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1½ cups sugar
1½ tsp vanilla extract
2 (8 oz) cans crescent rolls
½ cup melted butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Beat the cream cheese with 1½ cups of sugar, and
the vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Unroll the
cans of crescent roll dough and place triangles
along the edges of a 21x10x7 baking dish. Spread
cream cheese mixture over triangles & fold up.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the
cheesecake. Stir the remaining ½ cup of sugar
together with the cinnamon in a small bowl, and
sprinkle over the cheesecake. Bake at 375°F for 30
to 45 minutes until the crescent dough has puffed
and turned golden brown. Cool completely and cut
