Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
1½ cups cooked rice
¾ cup raisins (optional)
½ cup sugar
2-3 eggs, beaten
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Dash of ground nutmeg (optional)
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
Combine all ingredients with rice. Mix well. Pour into
1½-qt casserole dish. Bake at 350°F about 1 hour,
or until you can insert a knife into center and it
comes out clean. Do not over-cook as the pudding
will be very dry. Yields about 6 servings.

Scrumptious Brownies

Ingredients:
2 boxes Duncan Hines chewy brownie mix
Mix as directed on boxes. Mix separately. Pour one
batch of brownies in 9x13 pan (sometimes I use
larger). Place 3 Symphony Bars on top of brownie
mix in pan. Pour last batch of brownies on top of
candy bars. Bake at 350°F for around 45 minutes.
Check closely.
