Raisin Pie #2

Ingredients:

1½ cups raisins
1½ cups boiling water
1 Tbsp flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup walnuts, optional
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Wash raisins. Cook in boiling water until plump. Add
flour and sugar, mix; cook a few minutes until thick.
Cool. Add lemon juice. Pour into uncooked pie shell.
Cover with pastry. Bake at 450°F, 35-40 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°F for last 10 minutes.

Really Easy Cake

Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
1 cup oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 can coconut pecan icing

Mix all together and bake in Bundt pan until
toothpick comes out clean.
Yummy!!
