Appendix B to this report sets out the proposed approach to undertaking this
work, setting out a consistent approach that can be applied to this, including
options for weighing considerations.
The Town Deal Board are requested to consider these proposals and provide
clear recommendations for how proposals may be most effectively moved
forward.
