                  1.  Worked with the counselors and registrars on a collaborative workday to update transcripts
                      in preparation for school consolidation.

                  3.  These school visits were previously scheduled and will need to rescheduled due to
                      COVID-19:
                  4.  Glenbard School District- Focus of school visit is the community transition program and
                      ELL program- March 18, 2020
                  5.  Maine East- Focus of school visit is the School based health program and special education
                      inclusion-March 31, 2020
                  6.  Lansing School visit- special education and school-based health center- March 23, 2020

               The technology department distributed the following devices since March 19, 2020:

               •      1,171 Cell phones (Sprint 1 Million) cell phones with hotspot capabilities
               •      567 Chromebooks
               If additional dates are needed, the department will work with the Educational Services Department
               to identify future dates.
