• Each school has one Building Foreman to run the daily operations and oversee the facility
during normal operating hours.
• Each school comprised of a Pm and maintenance team Stem has two (2) Pm techs and two
Maintenance techs, FAC has two (2) PM techs and one (1) maintenance tech, one of which
focuses on general needs and repairs, and the other has a specialty background in areas such
as electricity, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Due to the Cov-19 protocols at this time we have increased the day custodian staff from two
to three custodians during the day at each school. All three (3) custodians at both facilities
are utilized to handle all the needs per campus and maintain continuously sanitizing the
facilities throughout the day.
• Each campus has a night crew, which consists of 6 or 7 custodians handles the after school
cleaning and events.
• Each Campus has one (1) Grounds Maintenance Person and one (1) Swingman who is
dedicated to maintaining all areas of the grounds including athletic field maintenance and
preparations, lawn care, snow removal, and pesticide application, among other duties.
• The East campus and Administration center have a Grounds Maintenance Person and a
swingman to take care of the grounds needs.
• The Night Supervisor oversees custodial operations and school events outside of normal
operating hours at both campuses as well as the administration center and now the Transition
Property.
• The District Courier handles all inter-district and outgoing mail, along with moving materials
between schools as directed.
