After School Pay Reminder!
Certified staff cannot be compensated for after school pay prior to the contractual end of their work day -3:30 p.m.
Additionally , campus admin should not approve and sign off on time sheets for afterschool pay unless there is evidence of student attendance.
District will not approve time before 3:30 p.m. or without student attendance backup. Campus admin should not sign off on either.
This will also be communicated to teachers. Teachers should be more proactive in making sure students are attending if they have been assigned and are
allowed to leave after 15 minutes if no students have shown up.
ISC4 Travel Reminder!
Requests It is imperative that all travel, including ISC4 administrator academies, are approved through the travel request process. If administrators or certified staff
(PERA) take courses that have not been approved prior to registering for them, the staff member will be responsible for paying the registration fees.
